Welcome to Camytrade International operating as Camytrade.ca (“Camytrade”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Use of Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not:

  • Infringe the rights of others

  • Restrict or inhibit another user’s access or use

2. Products and Services

Camytrade sells:

  • Electric motorcycles

  • Electric bicycles

  • Electric scooters

  • Lithium batteries

  • Accessories and related electronic components

All product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:

  • Correct errors

  • Discontinue products

  • Limit quantities

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion

By submitting an order, you authorize Camytrade to charge:

  • Product price

  • Applicable taxes

  • Shipping and handling fees

Payments are processed securely through third-party processors, including Stripe. Camytrade does not store full credit card information.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across Canada and, where applicable, internationally.

  • Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and tracking details are provided at checkout

  • Delivery times are estimates only

  • Camytrade is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Third-party carriers

    • Customs processing

    • Weather conditions

    • Events beyond our control

Once a tracking number is issued, the order is considered shipped.

Delivery Confirmation = Acceptance

Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, the order is deemed accepted by the customer and is no longer eligible for cancellation, refund, or reversal, except as required under applicable warranty or consumer protection laws.

5. Returns, Refunds, and In-Person Exchanges (Toronto Only)

Camytrade primarily operates as an online retailer. Due to the nature of electric vehicles, lithium batteries, and electronic components, most sales are final once shipped.

Final Sale Policy

  • All orders are final sale once shipped

  • After shipment, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed

  • Exceptions apply only where required by law or warranty

Delivery = Acceptance

Once delivery is confirmed, orders may not be disputed for:

  • Non-delivery

  • Dissatisfaction

  • Change of mind

Toronto In-Person Exchanges (Approval Required)

For customers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), in-person exchanges may be allowed only with prior written approval, subject to:

  • Exchange completed in person only

  • Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Request made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase required

Approval is granted at Camytrade’s sole discretion.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Custom-built or special-order products

  • Lithium batteries

  • Used, installed, or modified electronics

  • Chargers, controllers, and electrical components once opened

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order with Camytrade.ca, you agree:

  • To contact Camytrade before initiating a chargeback or dispute

  • To allow a reasonable opportunity for resolution

  • That fraudulent, abusive, or invalid chargebacks may be formally disputed

Chargeback Administrative Fee

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without prior contact and is determined to be invalid, abusive, or fraudulent:

  • You may be charged an administrative handling fee of $20 CAD, where permitted by law

Camytrade reserves the right to submit evidence including:

  • Proof of delivery

  • Tracking confirmation

  • IP and device logs

  • Serial numbers

  • Customer communications

  • Checkout agreement acceptance records

to Stripe, card networks, banks, and payment processors.

7. Battery & Electronics Disclaimer

Lithium batteries, electric vehicles, and electronic components involve inherent risks.

Camytrade is not responsible for damage, loss, or injury resulting from:

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Water or moisture exposure

  • Accidents or collisions

  • Overcharging or improper charging

  • Improper storage

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Battery range, performance, and capacity naturally degrade over time and are not guaranteed.

Use of all products is at the customer’s own risk.

8. Serial Number Matching & Fraud Protection

  • High-value products are recorded by serial number

  • Any approved exchange or warranty claim must match the original serial number

  • Altered, mismatched, or tampered items will not be accepted

9. Warranty – 1-Year Limited Warranty

Camytrade provides a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated in writing.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials

  • Workmanship under normal use

Warranty Limitations

This warranty is void if the product has been:

  • Modified or repaired by an unauthorized party

  • Misused, abused, or improperly installed

  • Exposed to water, flooding, or extreme weather beyond intended use

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, grips, suspension components)

  • Cosmetic damage

  • Accident-related damage

  • Battery capacity loss over time

No additional warranties, express or implied, are provided unless required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Camytrade shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • Text

  • Images

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Designs

is the property of Camytrade or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

12. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

  • The laws of the Province of Ontario

  • Applicable federal laws of Canada

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Ontario courts.

14. Changes to Terms

  • Camytrade may update these Terms at any time

  • Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised Terms
