Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your product, please review our refund and return policy below.


1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided that:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase

  • The product is not a special/custom order

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-built batteries or electric kits

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Used or installed parts

  • Items returned without original packaging


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, cancellation may not be possible if the item has already shipped.

We are committed to resolving problems such as:

  • Shipping issues

  • Damaged or incorrect items

  • Product concerns or questions

Most issues can be resolved without opening a dispute.


⚠️ Dispute & Chargeback Fee

If a customer opens a payment dispute or chargeback (via credit card company, bank, PayPal, Stripe, or other payment provider) without contacting us first, a $20 CAD dispute handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount or billed separately to cover administrative and processing costs.

This fee applies because payment disputes:

  • Incur non-refundable processing fees

  • Require manual documentation and response

  • Increase business operating costs


❌ When the Dispute Fee Applies

The $20 CAD fee applies if:

  • A dispute is opened before contacting us

  • We are not given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue

  • The dispute is found to be unnecessary or avoidable


✅ When the Fee Does NOT Apply

The dispute fee will not be charged if:

  • You contact us first and allow us to assist

  • The issue is caused by our error (wrong item, confirmed defect on arrival)

  • We authorize the dispute in writing
