1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided that:

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, cancellation may not be possible if the item has already shipped.
